Congratulations to the winners of the annual Spelling Bee. Elementary - 1st Place Bryce Palmer & Runner-up Bradey Brazie. Middle School - 1st Place Haidyn Thacker and Runner-up Chloe Quail. Bradey and Haidyn will compete in the Hancock County Spelling Bee on January 30th.

Congratulations to the High School Quiz Bowl team for winning the Hancock County Quiz Bowl Tournament Wednesday night. Led by seniors Ben Borkosky and Aaron Lease, the team was undefeated in league and tournament play this year.

The Little Dribblers will be performing at halftime of the girls’ basketball game tonight (12/19). Reminder to have players to the game by 6:45 and meet in the auxiliary gym with 5 minutes left in the second quarter of the varsity game.

Riverdale Bus #11 will be running late this afternoon. The bus will be leaving the school between 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Parents are welcome to pick their students up at the school.

Due to school being canceled today, the 6-8th Grade Band and Choir Concert for this evening will be postponed until tomorrow. All the times will remain the same. The High School Band and Choir Concert tomorrow evening will be pushed back to 8:15 PM. Please e-mail your students band/choir teacher if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

Riverdale is on a 2 hour delay for Tuesday, December 17th.

Reminder to parents that this Friday, December 20th, marks the end of the 1st semester. School will be dismissed Friday at 1:00 pm. Classes will resume on Monday, January 6, 2020.

Congratulations to the HS Quiz Bowl team for finishing first in Seneca-Wyandot-Sandusky-Crawford-Put-in-Bay League & the 20 team Tournament. The Falcons went undefeated in both the league and the tournament.

The 4th grade is having a blast at the Toledo Walleye game today!

The 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams each had a win over Arlington last night. The 7th grade team won 42 to 10 and the 8th grade team won 26 to 16.
