RSADDA - National Eating Disorder Awareness Week By intervening early when patterns of disordered eating or symptoms of an eating disorder first appear, we can get individuals into needed care quickly and increase the chances of recovery. If you worry a family member, or a friend has symptoms of an eating disorder - don't wait. Act Early. Reach out and talk to them and help them get into treatment as soon as possible.

This week is National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. RSADDA will be posting daily messages to help raise awareness of different eating disorders. There are also posters around school to increase awareness and body acceptance. It is estimated that over 28 million Americans will have an eating disorder in their lifetime. It can be hard to know where to start if you or a loved one has eating disorder symptoms. Starting the conversation early can prevent an eating disorder and provide resources to someone you know who may be living with an eating disorder.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Spring Book Fair! Your generosity helped us purchase 183 books for the K-12 Library and place orders for more books! Kona ice and Travelin' Tom' s Coffee donated a percentage as well. Our students will love reading the new books very soon!

Fourth Grade boys basketball team won the USV League this past weekend. The team went 9-0 to win the title. Keep working hard, boys! 🏀
