The Middle School Halloween Dance will be moved from Friday Oct. 28 to Friday Nov. 4th (6pm - 8pm) due to the football playoffs. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Riverdale NHS would like to remind everyone that they can submit a Google Form and send in a picture of a veteran or active military member. We plan to hang them up in the school and recognize their service. Please use the link https://forms.gle/9qM5VMhmnzn33cdU8 and submit them by Nov. 1st, 2022. Just a reminder that our Veterans Day assembly for 2022 is coming up soon and Riverdale's National Honor Society would love for any active or veteran military members to attend! Please check out the flyer and let us know if you are able to attend!

Riverdale will play at Carey for the football playoffs on Friday. Allison Woodruff placed 3rd at the district cross country meet with a time of 19:37 and will run in the regional meet at Tiffin on Saturday. Annalese Woodruff and Marissa Bonham ran in the OHSAA Junior High Cross Country Invitational and Annalese placed 1st in a time of 12:19 and Marissa was 2nd with a time of 12:27 in their race! The Falcons sweep the top 2 spots!!

Our class recently read "Flowers for Algernon" in 8th grade reading. After reading the story, we made our own inkblot tests and analyzed each other's because the main character, Charlie Gordon, was administered inkblot tests and he didn't understand them. It was a great connection to the story!

Mrs. Holderman's 7th grade science students working on the scientific method with a gummy bear experiment. Students are testing their hypothesis to see what the gummy bears with do hen adding a solution.

Please join us for our annual Family Fun Night on Thursday, November 3. This free event is for all Pre-K through 5th grade students and their families. It will be from 5:30-7:00pm in the cafeteria. Don't forgot to stop by the Book Fair during the event as well!
