I am very honored and excited to be named the new Superintendent of  Riverdale Local School District.  I look forward to meeting the students, staff, and families of the Riverdale community.  I am a high energy, passionate, dedicated educator, striving to improve student performance through instructional leadership to enhance preparation of our graduates as they choose their "E": Enrollment, Enlistment, Employment.

I grew up on a farm in Crawford county attending Colonel Crawford High School.  In high school I was the FFA President, quarterback, and played basketball and baseball.   After high school I played college basketball at Bluffton University while earning my bachelors degree.  I then continued my education and earned my administrative degree and superintendent licensure from Ashland University. I have spent the last 17 years at Ridgedale Local Schools serving as Principal/Assistant Principal/Teacher and Coach.  I will celebrate my 14th wedding anniversary with my wife Lora this fall.   We are the proud parents of our 22 year old son Cole who is a police officer in Richwood, as well as our son Lincoln who will be starting the 7th grade this fall.  I look forward to meeting you all soon and am proud to be joining the Falcon family!
